As an integral
part of the statewide Rutgers Cooperative Research and Extension program,
Cook College, the New Jersey Agriculture Experiment Station,
and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, we provide
practical education for all people without regard to race, color,

Professionals
stationed at the Rutgers Cooperative Research and Extension
of Atlantic County (RCRE-AC) office are Rutgers University
faculty, as well as program associates who assist faculty
in meeting local needs. We are an outreach arm of Rutgers
University - supported by specialists located on the Cook
College campus, and dedicated to providing educational opportunities
that use non-biased, science-based knowledge.

2009 Master Gardener Class Now Forming The 2009 Atlantic County Master Gardener class is now forming and will begin on January 6. If you are interested in gardening and like to help others contact us about the program and an application. Check out our Master Gardener section on this site for more information too!!!
Joanne Kinsey Receives the Elizabeth T. Roth Award Joanne Kinsey was awarded the Elizabeth T. Roth Award by the New Jersey Affiliate of the National Extension Association of Family & Consumer Sciences (NJ-NEAFCS) at their meeting on June 5. The award was granted for her proposal to present two poster sessions and one educational session at Galaxies III in Indianopolis, IN in September.
