PROPERTY

Inmates property and valuables are stored within the Facility until the Inmate is either released or transferred. Inmates who have excess personal property or valuables may arrange for them to be picked up Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Inmates may not have personnel property brought into the Facility. All required personal and hygiene items are available for purchase through the Facility Commissary.

CLASSIFICATION

The Classification Unit provides a system for which offenders committed to custody are classified. Such classifications shall address the safe custody, security and care of offenders, and shall attempt to identify needs to promote good physical and mental health. The methods utilized are based upon principles of fundamental fairness, leading to a more successful reintegration into the Community.

BAIL

Bails (Cash or Bond) are accepted twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Holidays.

INMATE FUNDS

All funds received will be credited to an inmate's account. Only cash (in person), money orders and certified checks (through mail) will be accepted for inmate funds accounts. A receipt for all funds accepted will be given to the inmate. Mailed deposits should include an inmate's full name and county I.D. number.

All inmates (except state inmates residing in this facility beyond 15 days) are charged a "users fee" at the rate of $50 per month or any portion of a month. Inmates may not make a commissary purchase unless their account has a minimum balance of $50. Funds in inmate accounts may be used for penalties, fines or bails.

Medical and dental services are available and a fee (co-pay) will be assessed for all services and medications.

VISITING

Visiting days are on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 9pm unless the person your visiting is on High Security Status then the visits are from 9am to 10am.

NOTE:  Proper Identification is required (I.E. Valid Drivers License, State/County ID, Valid Gaming or Hotel License, Valid Drivers Permit). Visitors Must be 18 Years of age or older. Minors must be a accompanied and remain in the company of a parent or Legal Guardian.  All visitors between the ages of 14 and 18 years old must provide a High School ID, birth certificate or social security card. If the juvenile cannot provide the above identifications the parent or adult guardian shall be required to sign the juvenile in verifying the age.
