BICYCLE TRAINING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT This course will properly train Police Officers for bicycle patrol. Officers will learn safe bicycle operations, laws governing bicycles as vehicles, nomenclature, riding techniques, defensive cycling, nutrition, fitness, basic repair and maintenance. Officers will demonstrate, upon completion of the course, competency through practical application of basic riding skills and a written examination from the International Police Mountain Bike Association.
