Advanced Incident Mangement/Unified Command - MGT 344

Course Description:
The TEEX Incident Management Programs are pleased to announce that the Advanced incident Management / Unified Command Course (MGT 344) is now available for scheduling. This two day course addresses the most advanced incident management concepts, including multi-agency coordination, area command and other complex incident management solutions.

Target Audience:
If you are an emergency response supervisor in charge of preparing for and managing large-scale incidents, this course offered by Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) will teach you the necessary skills to implement a command and management team approach. At the end of the course, students will learn how to apply the Incident Command System's (ICS) Unified Command Concepts, manage a multi-agency response to an incident scenario, and much more.
