County Seeks Nominations of Outstanding Residents with Disabilities

The Office of Disability Services plans, develops,
and works in coordination with the various supportive services
for individuals of any age who have a disability. The office works
in coordination with the Atlantic County Disabled Citizens Advisory
Board. Click

Services include: information and referral; client advocacy
and consumer education. Services are coordinated with the NJ Division
of Disability Services. Click

coordinates a network of information and cooperation among agencies
servicing residents with disabilities to insure their needs
are considered in local, state and national policy and plans.
The office provides technical advice and consultation regarding
laws, regulations and issues affecting individuals with disabilities.

Living Center
The Total Living Center, a nonprofit organization, provides direct
services to Atlantic County residents through an agreement with
Atlantic County government. Total Living Center is co-located in
the Atlantic County Office Building, 1333 Atlantic Ave., in Atlantic
City, NJ. For help with technical assistance, such as completing
applications or for advocacy and information and referral, contact
