Residents of Absecon, EHT, Linwood, Northfield, Pleasantville, Port Republic, and Somers Point may also apply in person at the Atlantic County Office Building, 1333 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

NOTE: Applications will no longer be accepted or processed at the Pleasantville One Stop Center.
