Sunset T'ai Chi
(Monday, March 18, 2013  at 6-7 PM) 
Location: Lake Lenape Park East

Mondays, March 18th & 25th, from 6-7 PM at the Atlantic County Lake Lenape Park East (753 Park Road, Mays Landing) forteens & adults.  T’ai chi is a mind-body practice sometimes referred to as "moving meditation"; practitioners move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.  These introductory sessions will impart energy exercises that are simple to follow and easy to remember. Participants should dress in loose fitting clothing, casual footgear, and bring water.  

FREE, but must register in advance, space is limited; call number listed below.
