The Atlantic County Division of Public Health conducts risk assessments and educational programs for the prevention and early detection of cancer and heart and circulatory diseases, provides PAP smears, prescriptions for mammograms and diabetes education. Cancer Screening - The Division of Public Health offers screening , risk assessment and education for breast and cervical cancer through its Women's Health Services at the following locations and times. Blood Pressure & Cholesterol Screening - The Division provides workplace cholesterol and blood pressure screening and education programs for all Atlantic County businesses. Call 645-5933 for additional information on other available programs designed to prevent cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack and stroke.
