| Biography:
Elected District-Two Freeholder in November 1991 and re-elected in 1994, 1997, 2000, 2003 and 2006. Served as an Atlantic City Councilman-at-Large from 1990 to 1994 and Council President from 1993 to 1994. Also served as Deputy Commissioner of Revenue and Finance, City Comptroller, Business Administrator, Director of Planning and Development and Director of Neighborhood Services. An active member of the Columbus Day-American Legion and UNICO. Served in the U.S. Army (1954-56). Lifelong resident of Atlantic County. Graduate of Glassboro State College, B.A. in History. Wife, Barbara. Three children: Robin, Scott and Leigh Ann. Grandchildren: Christine, Thomas and Luke. |
