Biography:  Elected District-Three Freeholder November 2005. Elected Vice Chairman of the Board for 2008. Frank has served as an Egg Harbor Township Committeeman (1997 to 2005) and Deputy Mayor (1999 to 2005). While on Committee he served on the Planning Board, Environmental Commission, Police Sub-Committee and liaison to Public Works. Frank currently serves as the Director of Emergency Management for Egg Harbor Township. He is a lifelong Atlantic County resident. Following graduation from Atlantic City High School he served four (4)years in the United States Air Force. He is a member of Plumber-Pipe Fitters Local Union 322, a member of Saint Katharine Drexel Church and the Knights of Columbus, and a member of Trinity Masonic Lodge. Frank has been an active Cardiff Volunteer Firefighter for 33 years. He has resided in Egg Harbor Township for 37 years with his wife Mary Ann. They have three sons, Frank, III, Tom, Chris and eight grandchildren.
