| CALL TO ORDER | A regular meeting of the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders was called to order by Chairman Joseph Silipena at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the above date and at the Stillwater Building, Northfield, NJ. |

| Mr. Jim McGettigan, Atlantic County Sheriff, spoke regarding Ford Scott Seidenburg and Kennedy, the County's auditors, making political contributions. Mr. McGettigan requested any vendors that are contracted with the County be prohibited from making donations to political parties. | |
| Mr. Jim Carney, Atlantic County Surrogate, asked for an investigative report regarding Constitutional Officers and Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA's) from Mr. Tuohy. Mr. Tuohy responded no written report was prepared. Mr. Carney requested an investigation into irregularities by the County Executive regarding the salary issue. Chairman Silipena stated an investigation was not warranted. | |
