The Construction Board of Appeals hears appeals from decisions of enforcing agencies (municipal construction officials and subcode officials) in accordance with the procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 52:27D-127.

MEETINGS: The Contruction Board meets 2 times per month on Mondays at 4:00 PM.
